help. I just listened to the 5 hour hearing with Ron Johnson. I love that man.
One thing I have missed through all this covid mess is the information on the iodine nasal spray. I'm doing everything else right. Will someone please post the ingredients and instructions for this so that I can start using it. It would be so appreciated. Thank you!

Seems like overkill. See my warning. Colloidal silver (30ppm) works and cannot damage the thyroid the way iodine can.
