She's taking NAC, Quercitin, zinc, lots of Vit D in the morning. Her Temp reached 40 and tylenol brought it back to 37.5. What else should she do?

you are the man!
You should get her some horsey paste from your local equestrian store, it works better than quercertin
SIL ended up after COVID with pneumonia. She did a teledoc call, script for an X-ray and then prescribed an antibiotic. She recovered fully.
One other thing, lions mane for the mind and brain fog after the coof is done. That was passed to me by a nurse.
Also take 10K - 20Kmg of Vit C. Call TeleMD and get a Z-Pack and Budesinide inhaler. Covid is a micro blood clotting disease and not necessarily a pneumonia so maybe replace the Tylenol with 325mg aspirin (1 a day) to help with the fever and blood thinning for possible micro clots in the lungs, etc. God Bless.
Agree on the aspirin.
Let's not forget the pepcid AC
is she a fucking baby who has never been sick before?
She should relax and enjoy the show while her immune system becomes super.
Add 1/4 tsp salt to each large glass of water. That is what is needed to hydrate. The liquid in blood is saline. Also will keep electrolytes from getting messed up.
No... There's plenty of salt around. Potassium chloride might be a good idea. Certainly helps with hangovers.
Not table salt...use unprocessed salt....Himalayan for example.
I'm not a doctor but I've recovered from covid and countless other flus and colds. The sweats are part of the body's healing process so I have as many hot baths with epsom salts as poss and I sleep as much as I can. The zinc, vit D and vit C help that healing process along. The homemade hydroxychloroquine really helps. NAC, Quercetin, black cumin seed oil are alternatives to ivm but I found it all a bit much and stuck with the basics. High country's point about electrolytes is important- salt or sachets of oral rehydration salts.
I was 39.5 yesterday. Taking what you have listed but also ivermectin and a bit of aspirin. Lots and lots of water and tea. Drink as much as physically possible.
Canada blocked ivermectin badly. Not even drug dealers can bring it in
So morbid
Sad when fentanyl can make it in, but not ivermectin.
If she's not getting better, consider the nebulizer with h2o2. Especially if she has trouble breathing or low oxygen.
Or budesonide.
I wouldn't take and medical advice around here. Snake oil and harmful ideas abound. They'll have you drinking bleach in no time.
Benadryl, lactoferrin, melatonin at bed time and nebulized hydrogen peroxide might be helpful. Dosages can be found on line. Sorry, I am old, not real computer literate and don’t know how to cut and paste. These were all on this site numerous times.
Ivermectin and high doses (2000-3000 mg) of Vit C (ascorbate acid powder is the best) - IVm from the vet usually in a tube, 4ml of gel on a tsp for 5 days or less as soon as you see the change in vital signs. Ivermectin will allow the zinc to do its job. Save my wife's life.
Lots of Vitamin C. Lots. Like, to bowel tolerance, which means until she gets diarrhea.
Don't break fevers.....
