He was a CARPENTER his whole life, he built houses and hauled wood and swung hammers and used tools. There is no doubt in my mind that Christ was buff as fuck.

Not denigrating His achievements at all and I don't care for the accusation. The stuff He built in this life is not relevant especially since we don't know what it was! How can I denigrate achievements we're speculating on?
