My stab, based on gleanings from recent times:

1. Mullis created the technology used in PCR test, aka polymerase chain reaction tech, not the specific c19 tests.

2. The Rothchilds steal heaps of stuff (think "robber barons")

3. The PCR tests being used to detect C19 (which apply the Mullis tech) were created and designed by some German Snooze at the start of (well, probably before) the plandemic. The German snooze is a major clown, and they had to set up the c19 PCR tests in order to generate the plandemic narrative that C19 is everywhere, and everyone is catching it, and even with no symptoms, you're 'sick'.
