This cannot truly exist with corporations maintaining person hood. The Republic was established to maintain the corporation and trade abroad and that is how they we able to collect taxes (tariffs). See interstate commerce. They were also charged with setting the coin which they abandoned to the Federal Reserve Bank. It wasn't expected to pay well as it was considered a service to their fellow man which is what man ought to do.
