Yes Kamala could do that but by doing so it might expose any/ possible election fraud for say.

Like back in 2016 when Biden was (VP) right. It could have overturned President Trump's win but he didn't, but with good reason I believe. And I believe by doing so a lot of questions would have been asked for any number of reasons? One reason could have been election fraud which might have been exposed.
