So his mom has a documented attraction to Fidel and visited Cuba around the time Justin would have been conceived. Hell, Geraldo Rivera even wrote in his book about having a wild sex romp with Justin's mom in the early 90s. She's apparently promiscuous.

Oh and if that's not enough to convince you, just compae him to his supposed "father".
