i think water is a very important topic.

would you be interested in making a new OP about water?

maybe ask people some questions, to get a reply?

i bet the post would be a big hit!

also, what do you think about cows milk, and calcium?

i have heard that, yes, milk contains calcium, BUT only because milk is leeching calcium from the mother, to give to the baby, AND that if we drink cows milk, it will deplete our calcium.

idk. lots of variables in life.
