from sometime last year,.she has hinted at least a couple of times that she has other ways, but last year there was huge controversey when the govt brought all the water including dams pipes even rainwater,if you had a tank and collected water from your roof you have to pay, but i belive it was all to do with having control of the water to do exactly what she has hinted at in the past,.in fact it happened in britain and Ireland where the govts were suspected of tampering with the water,.So i wouldnt put it past these bastards to do anything
