He’s got a kinder, gentler machine-gun hand” are jabs at speaking points of old Bush who represented the Republican establishment in the early 90s. But now that we know that old Bush was a cabal stooge, that “a thousand points of light” is some occult reference, and that the Gulf War was bullshit, Keep On Rockin almost seems like a protest of cabal.

There’s another part of the song about infanticide “that’s another kid who’ll never go to school, who will never fall in love, never get to be cool”. If the baby wasn’t born yet before he died, then pro choice Pearl Jam wouldn’t have performed the song with Neil Young. But as is, it almost seems like a pro life song.
