This definitely was not clouds, it proceeded to move across the sky. My Wife’s got a video of it too, I’m working on getting that uploaded

In case he forgets to reply to you. I'm guessing the YT compression made it look worse. The pic is much clearer, but you can at least see that it definitely moves.
