Union Pacific already called out the D.A. It's not the freight destined for LA, though. It's the freight coming through the ports for the rest of the country, so they're competing against Portland, Oakland and Seattle. Eventually Houston and Miami, but... somethings gotta happen before that. Two weeks more, right?
