It was Hutterites. I follow one of them on YouTube as their sister colony is here in South Dakota. They (the colony in Canada) did show videos of them going to support the convoy along with other Hutterite colonies in the area.

This one is just a short clip, starts at 6:55. I watch her regularly. Ended up down rabbit hole through suggested other similar videos from others I hadnt watched before. Once I find those ones again, I will update this post
