eat 6-9 eggs for breakfast with some meat; for me it was either bacon, ham, or leftover steak, meatloaf, etc.
drink plenty of water...at least a gallon every day...don't be afraid to mix in coffee or tea to keep your sanity.
go for a walk and actually try to get your heart rate up...don't kill yourself, just challenge yourself and keep going. I'd usually walk twice a day for about 30-45 min. each time.
eat again but make sure it's before 5-7pm...eat whatever you want and have ice cream afterwards if you feel like it.
take your ass to bed and make sure you get plenty of sleep...get up early and repeat.
My problem is this: as a child, my dad was diagnosed with osteoporosis in his spine. He crushed 3 vertebra when I was 12yo. His dr put me on supplements to build my bones stronger because he was a dumbass. My parent didn't know any better. My bones were normal. But after taking calcium and some other crap, my bones grew. Large! I have never broken a bone in my life. I has a double discectomy with fusion in C5-6 and C6-7. The plate they fused my neck together with, because my vertebra was so large, matched a person that would be 6'9" tall! Hence my reference in the earlier post. I didn't learn this until I was 44yo. If my weight drops below 220#, I'm actually malnourished. Found that out when I was 35yo and dieter til I was 215#, passed out and fell down a flight of stairs.
No BS I lost 100 lbs. in 9 months doing this:
