They sure did a good job avoiding the fact that PayPal is now colluding with the IRS. You must now accept this BS before you can access your $$. My dad sold some coins in eBay and couldn’t access his account until he agreed to the new terms. I know off at least 3 people in my immediate family that won’t be using PayPal anymore, or eBay by extension.
