I'd guess that roughly 100% know what's going on, and maybe 95% are guilty -- the other 5% (or whatever it is -- maybe higher, I hope) have avoided complicity, often by quitting and moving to a private practice or even a different career path. Many are in specialties where COVID isn't an issue other than enforcing government mask mandates, when/if those apply in the area they practice.

My wife and I know several docs who don't push the "vaccines", require masks, or otherwise show any inclination to submit to, cover for, or shill for Big Pharma, Big Medicine, or any other part of the Cabal. We don't live in anything like a metro area, so that might be one reason why.
