What percentage of nurses, pharmacists, and doctors actually know what’s going on and are without a shadow of a doubt guilty?

People have a very hard time seeing the truth when it directly impacts their career. In discussions they tend to be the quickest to get angry and indignant. In most cases, if they know at some level, it is not reaching their conscious level.
