She is not as conservative as you'd think. None of the Conservative MPs in my area, very conservative southern Manitoba, have taken any kind of a stand for two years against mandates. In fact, many PC volunteers were denied their help because they were not vaxxed. There are only a few actual conservatives in the party, and she really isn't one of them. She's just a politician that does just enough to come across as conservative.
My concern is the 2-3 truly conservative MPs will split the vote and the one that is O'Tool light will win it. Then, we're right back to square one.
I like her, and think she’s a good pick, especially as interim leader, but I agree that Poilievre would be ideal for the long haul. He’s financially apt, and fiercely intelligent, which is what we need now, as Castro Jr. put us into so much debt and ruined our relations with the rest of the world.
I’m glad they both took the side of the truckers early on, unlike some in the opposition.
My thoughts on PP are that he is outstanding at what he does and putting him in the leadership position might take away from his effectiveness at tearing into government incompetence because his attention would be more spread out.
He does seem to be intelligent, and he definitely has a way with words.

Where was she over the past two years?
Why only speak out strongly AFTER the truckers have shown that there is political hay to be made?
I concur, but google images shows she owns a camo MAGA hat
I’d prefer a man to lead, and Pierre seems like a good pick
