How close is the police station from that location? Also, why a bank?

Most banks have better construction and secure rooms. I don't know this town but I would bet this is close to the protests but also not near a police station. Its also possible its just convenient. Meaning the bank owners are part of the cabal and it was easy to get access/permission.
