I read Part V, very well done. So I think maybe Trump made his original post election appeal to satisfy the requirements of the Law of War Manual. Give the opposition an opportunity to do the right thing. The occupation force, being unwilling to do that, are now just waiting to be forcibly removed and punished according to the Manual. All of this now lies outside the Constitution and election law,now it's in the hands of the military.
