The expose is doing pretty poor journalism on this stuff. This is another case where only pregnancies that completed were included in the study results and the study only ran for a few months. So most of the pregnant women would not have been expected to give birth. If you only consider completed pregnancies and only look at a 3-month window it will skew wildly towards miscarriages because most of the pregnancies won't be included in the results.
