Its not a matter of overturning the election but doing 'the right thing'. There were states that asked him not to certify until they could look into discrepancies. So instead of a yes/no, he could have given those states the time for them to be confident in their result.

So its because of him we had a questionable election..... then too we saw him putting his 'payoff' in his pocket right afterwards.
