Make sure to fill out your refund request before Feb. 19th. Otherwise, THEY reserve the right to donate it to whoever GFM decides. What bullshit!

If that's the case, there needs to be a class action suit against GFM. They could claim they never got your refund request, and ooops, your donation has gone to their favorite charity.
