This is when cryptocurrency can be of use. Set up a hardware crypto wallet for donations to the trucker movement. Allow the direct donation of any cryptocurrency. Publicize the crypto wallet address far and wide. Let the funds roll in, then cash out to fiat on any number of exchanges. If one exchange tries to black list the exchange, move on to the next. If that fails, contract directly with local stores and grocers and trade the crypto directly with them for goods and services.

Get out of the fiat system, and they cannot stop you! This is what crypto was designed for.
