http://🚨GOFUNDME.COM USERS PLEASE READ THIS:
IF YOU DONATED - PUNISHER METHOD
Do not use the http://gofundme.com refund form.
Issue a charge-back/open a dispute with your bank, this way, gofundme will have to pay 15USD, or more, for each charge-back request, plus the refund value. This is how all banks work.
Please share this as much as possible. If we're successful, gofundme will regret doing this because they'll lose tons of money.
Possible dis-info campaign, to capture all of the funds (to be donated to "charities") that would have otherwise been refunded.
See Syrinx posts here and here.
Summary:
GoFundMe might challenge those charge-backs as fraudulent (under the grounds that charge-backs might only be allowed if refunds are not an option), thus tying up your money until after the February 17th deadline (meaning they would have donated it to a 'charity' prior to you getting a chance to asking for a refund).
Apparently arbitration (or maybe lawsuit?) might be an option, which brings a lot of upfront costs to the individual (while incurring costs to GoFundMe as well).
