GFM hopes they take the "deal" that way they can claim no liability in case they get sued for fraud, massive charge backs, etc. GFM could just refund $10mil but they don't want to do that because they would likely forfeit a huge comission.
I hope the truckers tell them to go pound sand. Either release the funds or issue a refund to donors.
People should still demand arbitration even if their money is automatically refunded and force them to show whatever “proof” they have that the campaign violated the TOS.
