He's on immune compromising drugs. He's at higher risk of getting COVID. So, he argues everyone else has to live in a plastic bubble because there's a chance he could get sick and he doesn't want to be sick.

To which I reply, "you chose to take the drugs. Every time you show up for treatment, you sign that consent. You agree to the risks. The rest of the world doesn't sign that form. You do. They're your risks to manage. You take care of you and your business. And don't give me any BS about "you don't understand, you're healthy!" I was on therapy just like that for years, buddy. Flu seasons happened. Colleagues came to work sneezing during allergy season and sick with colds. I went to the stores at Christmas with snotty-nosed kids and coughing grannies. I went to the gym with sweaty, stinky people I didn't know who didn't know how to wipe down their machines when they were done. I had to live my life without being a damn drama queen and acting like the world revolved around me and my illness. If you want to live in a plastic bubble, that's on you, not the rest of the world."
