Perhaps I’m missing something but are we certain that a Roberts resignation would be beneficial for us? Seems to me that it means Biden just gets to pick another cooky leftist to take his place. I’m not sure how the Chief Justice is appointed but my personal opinion is that Justice Thomas or Justice Alito should get a promotion rather than having another Democrat appointed.
I’ve found the SCOTUS Situation to be cooky for a while now, particularly after Biden’s panel on expanding the number of justices decided to publish a report on the matter that was the equivalent of the shrugging person emoji.
I don’t want more insane SCOTUS justices like Sotomayor who spew false data and lies in the highest court of the land. On the other hand, if Breyer was forced to retire by white hats, Roberts retiring may be a good thing. So long as patriots truly are in control of course.
I’ve had to stop trying to piece the Q puzzle together like I normally do when watching movies to know the ending before it happens by reading the Wikipedia page for spoilers. Consequently, I haven’t thought the implications of Robert retiring all the way through.
We need to Amend the Constitution so that if a Justice is proven to have deliberated false information, they can be removed.
But everything has to be completely transparent and the death penalty must be applied if it is found that someone was attempting to commit conspiracy to remove a justice for political reasons.
The nomination process is the same for chief justice as the other justices. Nominating a sitting SCOTUS justice might reduce the time needed for the appointment.
Dem's might want to do this in order to get a full-time leftist as chief justice instead of a part-time leftist while still having control of the Senate and the presidency?
Patriots would want this if they are confident Biden's picks will never get appointed have a chance at a real conservative being appointed to chief justice?
