What happens. You move a lot, not allowed to sleep. Must take classes standing up. You lose a lot of weight. SEAL instructors have massive medical training, have been through the shit them selfs. They know what to look for; hypothermia, low blood sugar, and lots of other things that can happen when 'under load'.
The trick to hell week is that 'no one can do it'. It is out of reach for everyone because the effort needed is out of bounds for those that even trained hard for it. The key is to not listen to the voice that says stop. As long as you can breath, have water, and a good mind set you can make it.
Really the question is; when you lose every round and get punished for it, can you keep going? It is all a mental game. If you can push the bullshit aside and just take another step you can win.
My fat fucking ass did this. I weighed north of 250 and was past 40 and got through the camp. First evolution was like "I didn't train hard enough".
Now things like dehydration, cramps, and other things make it a hard experience. These are things that can thicken the blood, which is a key thing with the clotting issues from the jab. 100% jab induced.
Most people could do the training through hell week. The dive training phase is the real killer, aka meeting the wizard.
