Hizzhonor is a little late to the party. The "state of emergency" occurred when those presuming 'authority' attempted to impose DEATH DRUGS onto the feisty and unwilling population of Canada (May God Bless EVERY patriotic and / or blue-collar Canadian Citizen). We need to get the mayor and Justlame in the same room to talk it over. Dey boat be losin'.
