Biden is not "The Decider" (neither was The Shrub). With the notable exceptions of Trump & Kennedy, all previous Presidents were mere paid Role-Players, executives who were obligated to carry out the policies of their covert masters.

This is why they all must start a new war or belligerent conflict, when they first take office, to feed the appetite of the Military Industrial Corporations who are all owned by the same Bond Holders.
