I want to spoogle review them, but they want me to sign in to leave a review. I don't have that much trust to think they won't track me down and call me a tear-ist. Suggestions?

A spare google account is great to have for things such as this.

Create a Proton Mail account. Then use the Proton address as your backup address that google requires you to have to create an account.

Also, set your review profile to private so other people (including the company receiving the bad review) can't see all of the reviews you've left.
