Careful with that guy. He misunderstood his own court proceeding. Now he is making claims based on his "sources". Until someone with more credibility can confirm this should be treated with some skepticism.

Yes, he completely failed on his own court proceeding. Is a broken clock right twice a day? Sure. But buyers beware.

On the other hand - if I was in the Ottawa police force, and they started pulling this shit - and you could see down the road all this BS coming for you I'd resign immediately too. It's not just immoral what they do, but some of the things are obviously illegal and the force has been breaking the law.
