Go outside and get sunlight in your retinas every morning, even if it’s cloudy.
Eat more protein. Don’t eat manufactured food.
Take a B complex if you have low energy. Get your carbs from fresh fruit and Pure fruit juice.
Lift heavy stuff. Eat 25-50 mg of zinc per day, preferably from food sources.
Masterbation causes zinc deficiency. Try to stay away from electronics after dark, especially no blue light after dark.
Looks don’t mean shit. There are PLENTY of successful men who are not Adonis.
When you start feeling better, which should only take about two weeks, begin thinking about what you want to do with your life.
