I suspect Durham ultimately is waiting on Trumps return. However long that takes. Can't have people wondering why "Biden" isn't pardoning his Democrat colleagues.

Durham started looking at this on May 13, 2019 before he became a special counsel.

Why wait if he had the goods. It makes no sense. Especially after November 2020.

A special counsel is not an independent counsel. They report to the Attorney General.
