I've figured it out. The last year has all been an elaborate promotion for the new Jackass Forever movie. Here very soon Biden is going to rip off his mask, and we'll see it's been Johnny Knoxville doing his old man routine this entire time. Then he's going to dump a bunch of snakes on all the reporters in the Press room and start laughing hysterically.
