I don't have a link yet as I was watching the news live. This is great news and a good start. The Freedom Convoy is having an impact. We can't give up now despite what may happen in Ottawa.

Cross border vax passes are a Federal mandate. Only Trudeau can change that. The internal provincial vax passes in Saskatchewan will end on Sunday (i.e. not needed to get into restaurants, bars, gyms, etc). The mask mandates will end at the end of this month.
