This bill requires that all failed checks (attempts to buy a gun that are disallowed by the background check system) trigger a report to local law enforcement.

There will be massive loopholes in this legislation.

The Dems can't have their pets caught up and actually arrested for trying to purchase a firearm.

There are many false positives that happen with the background checks, so there had better be a way to deal with those that don't involve any time or expense for the wrongfully denied person.
