DC isn't a ghost town. And...like normal, parking is a problem on every given day.
From the GW Parkway, to the Key Bridge, to Constitution Ave, to Pennsylvania Ave., to along the National Mall, to 6th Street, to New York Ave , to Route 50 to 495: traffic, people, demonstrations of every kind, building and business is normal.
The live streams, footage from citizen journalists and my own eyes have shownn it is creepily empty. Maybe it is "business as usual": if you've only moved to area after 2020.
