I just think about all the technology .. “Moderna the platform of life” or whatever the motto is, Musk’s starling project, 5G, nano vax’s, all the depression and anxiety etc. The brain runs on Alpha, delta, beta, gamma waves etc,look at which ones are important and are more depleted bc of our lifestyle (meta/tech). Look at the electromagnetic radio frequency from low to highest. Brain is low...radiation highest. 5G is up there.
Then if you think on a spiritual map..
The heart/brain .. prayer with God .. the Sanctuary, The Holy Mountain, The Gate (via Christ)

Who do you think wants to “govern” our minds at all costs? Sabotage...
Keep in mind that, in Russia, things are a mix of modern living and 3rd world.
Example:
When the 2014 Sochi, Russia Winter Olympics were held, entire apartment complexes in Sochi, Russia didn't have working plumbing. Some whole multi-story apartment buildings had outhouses. When the Olympic village was being built, people from Sochi kept stealing the curtains, toilet paper and anything else they could get.
Russia not installing 5G is probably a matter of location. Moscow and Saint Petersburg will probably have 5G. The rest of Russia... not so much.
Still amazed about so many people so confused and uninformed about living conditions in Russia, the so called "world superpower". You're spot on, of course, about outhouses and all, most of the population there lives salary to salary, at best, and internet providers still charge a lot for metered service, cell phones as well, where the West has moved to unmetered long ago. 5G? Not anytime soon, and not for the reasons the OP thinks.
It is February still and T Mobile/Metro are still pushing hard on 5g upgrades with new phones. Usually with the arrival of the new year promos go away for new promos starting in the Spring.
We shall see if they still continue the 5g push like others well into March and beyond for 2022.
Just gotta research.. Look into brainwaves, radio frequency, human body vibration, grounding to the earth... there is a ton of research done on the brain. What do they know that isn’t particularly shared with the public.
Start reading about it, then connect your dots, start with God first for direction😉
