37 ain't particularly young in the bodybuilding game. Usually you'll have peaked at that age already as in most athletic professions and bodybuilders tend to end up relying more on drugs/supplements after they decide to not compete pro anymore just to maintain their image. Granted Odd/Ott Haugen still kicking ass over 70.

I'd still suspect the vaccine though, as most bodybuilders will know the game inside and out and how best to proceed, so there's a lot fewer deaths in the pro atmosphere and usually they end up dying prematurely around the 50 year mark from their past indiscretions.
