I meant it hasn't shifted among the liberals and leftists. It's trickle down. The top might be trying to shift the narrative, but it takes time for the ones lower down to get the message. Even when the higher up start trying to push something the message takes time to sink in among the masses.

The shift hasn't happened among their sheep yet.
