Well Jim... sounds like there's going to be a whole lot of lawsuits in the near future :P
Going after off-label use with the "Not FDA approved" excuse should have been a red flag to a lot of people, especially doctors. Many a drug can be repurposed. Whatever circumstances led to doctors being sanctioned that way, like standards of care being dictated by drug companies, should be corrected.

In other words, doctors should not be punished for curing patients instead of getting them on a lifelong booster subscription that causes heart problems. OK.
