He keeps the weight off by skipping lunch but there’s definitely heavy water retention resulting in puffy sausage like fingers. The whites of the eyes are almost always red/ bloodshot. There’s at least 3 co morbidities going on so with his 3 jabs he could be on the way out before he even gets to see coronation.
