It does sound bad. Who the hell knows anymore what Mr. Nice Guy does or does not have secret info, or behaviors, worth being whacked for. But it seems presumptuous to state "whacked". At least it needs a question mark after it and see what comes out in the wash. To me this case is more questionable at the moment because they aren't setting up some bogus suicide scenario. Never going to accept Bourdain, Kappy, Chester, Chris Cornell "suicide" stories. And a few others around those times.
