The significance of this is that this is proof he is stl President as he has legal access to top secret classified documents at Mar A Lago

I don’t see it that way. I think they are trying to say he removed documents he shouldn’t have (improper handling). Opposite of Hillary using a separate email and zero proper handling of classified information....
