I suspect their "graduation" from the (((School of Schwab))) is one of the requirement for serving the New World Order "master-race".

I wouldn't be surprised if another requirement is allowing MOSSAD to record you fucking or murdering children.

I doubt these leaders have any control over what they say or do. Most are only allowed to read ZOG teleprompter script.
