He is NOT a judge.

He is the founder of the spanish government agency for medicines security, member of the spanish medicine agency, member of the european medicines agency, member of the medicines security agency of France. He is one of the top world experts in medicine security.

He is an old man, and don't have any conflict of interests with the big pharma, so he speaks truth.
