He took the time to explain that they are available for emergency services ONLY and will NOT remove patriots from standing their ground.

That's a big gray answer coming from someone who's being hired by the government. He didn't define "emergency" did he?

Who was "The Owner" that was spoken to?

We're just going to completely ignore the fact that numerous people tried contacting him and he wouldn't answer the phone, and the website is removed.
