And DO NOT LOWER THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS to join the police department or fire department, Marines, etc.

It's putting the people that need assistance and teammates in danger.

CHOOSE PEOPLE BASED ON MERIT, NOT WHAT'S PC.
